Co-Founder & CTO, Workgrid Software
Spun out a SaaS startup from Liberty Mutual. I was the architect and vision behind the AI platform—scaling it from a prototype to a global product used by tens of thousands. I led the technical evolution: shipping NLU chatbots in 2018, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) in 2023, and Agentic Workflows in 2024.
2015 — 2017
Applied AI Architect, Liberty IT
Lead Architect for one of Liberty Mutual's first global chatbots. Designed cognitive architectures and NLU systems years before "Generative AI" became a buzzword.
2000 — 2015
Cloud Architect, Liberty IT
Progressed from Graduate Engineer to Senior Cloud Architect. Specialised in AWS Serverless and cloud-native systems for the global parent company (Liberty Mutual).

Why Chatitecture?
I bought this domain back in 2023, but the idea had been forming for years. After a decade of building AI systems — first with rigid NLU, then with the explosion of LLMs, RAG and Agents — I realised the gap isn't always the technology. It can be the architecture and context around it.
Chat is language. Architecture is what makes it work in the real world. Most businesses don't need cutting-edge models — they need someone who knows how to build AI that's reliable, safe, and actually useful.
That's what I do.
